365 #11 {Sunshine & mail}

Spring teased us a little this week. Inner coat linings were removed. Then it got cold again. It's always the way isn't it?
As I sit editing this with the final photo it is glorious outside. Let's hope it remains so.

Day 68
A glorious Spring day full of sunshine and warmth. We went on our big walk today. I tried to forget about the fact I can't run this route at the moment and enjoyed the time with the children. We stopped to admire the cottages on the way. I like to think that my girl is daydreaming about living in one one day.
Day 69
Letter writing day. I recently joined up with #postcircle and sent off my first piece of snail mail for that. I had also found, and bought, a little something in Bath on Saturday that I promptly sent off to my American pen pal.
Day 70
Following a disastrous attempt at a gentle run today I pottered in the garden. I stood for a moment looking at the fence that desperately needs replacing but, due to other things being more important, it is going to have to hang on in there for some while yet. I admire its strength and perseverance to keep going. I could learn from that fence.
Day 71
My first piece of incoming #postcircle mail! Always nice to receive some happy post.
Day 72
After an uncertain start the day turned out lovely. These flowers caught my eye, happily sitting in the sunshine, on my way out from work. So nice to be leaving in daylight.
Day 73
A second foggy morning for the drive to work. Sat at the traffic lights I quickly snapped the fog.
Day 74
The weekend and Spring is back. Time to get out in the garden again and try and make some steps forward with our plans. We have so much to do and time seems so limited at the moment. We'll get there. Especially with the help of the girl.

Love the sunlight on the chickens photo :) Love the idea of you writing actual letters too. Have you tried the foam roller to help with your running, or been to a physio?

I thought she was thinking "I can have a quick go on that slide and no one would notice". Great picture of her out in the garden. You have been doing a lot better with the weather than we have!

Love the look of that slide - very cool. Nice to see the girl helping you out in the garden - ours are a bit reluctant this year - I guess that's growing up. I'm also loving all the colourful stationary - very intrigued by #postcircle???

  15. I don't think that fence is going anywhere you know! Your gardening photo is lovely, like the angle you've taken it at. Hope you're running again soon.

Thanks for linking up to Project 365.

  16. Its like you read my thoughts! You appear to understand a lot
about this, such as you wrote the guide in it or something.
