Day 162
A lazy Sunday morning, as per usual, then a 3.5 mile plod this afternoon which saw my run broken up into three parts; a warm up mile with the boy before running him back to the front door, a mile and a bit around the village - where I bumped into someone I haven't seen for ages who has recently lost his wife so stopped for a hug and a chat and a few tears, then a faster, grateful to be alive, mile and a bit on the slight downhill back home.
Day 163
Yoga teaching Monday included some more bear hunting and mindfulness pompoms.
Day 164
Long run Tuesday and I'm happy to say I ran the furthest I have ever run with a lovely 14 miles with my buddy along pavements and off-road paths. We stopped to say hello to the cows en route.
Day 165
Wednesday was a bit of a 'back to work black cloud over my head' day so I took a picture of the husband's patio flowers to try and cheer myself up.
Day 166
Yoga class tonight, and a better day at work, helped to lift the blues. The yoga sky was looking beautiful again.
Day 167
It was a hot day but I needed to run so I waited until the husband was home, and waited a little bit more for the temperature to drop, and set off on a pleasantly paced 5 miles round the villages.
Day 168
Yoga teaching this morning and some of the children went on a magical adventure with a glittery savasana to finish off.
