365 #3 {Healthy me, happy me...}

Another week has flown by.
The 'healthy me, happy me' programme is going full swing and I now have a fitness aim as I'll be running nearly five miles next month as part of Team Honk's efforts for Sport Relief - more on that in another post.
All in all it was a good week for the old 'work/life' balance.

Project 365 Day 16 - Tulips // 76sunflowers
Project 365 Day 17 - Graze, Cookies & Cream // 76sunflowers
Project 365 Day 18 - Saturday // 76sunflowers
Day 12
We joined the husband for the Sunday trek to his lab. We headed up to Tyntesfield for a walk around the grounds and found produce for sale in the Orangery, including some pretty impressive parsnips.
Day 13
Healthy eating in full swing and my first letter to my pen pal written and sealed.
Day 14
A couple of hours with the husband - we popped into Devizes to do some errands and get a coffee. On the way, the Wadsworth Brewery shire horses and cart pulled out en route to its deliveries in the town.
Day 15
Training has begun for the Bristol leg of the Team Honk Lands End to John O'Groats relay. Tonight I managed 2.4 miles. Not bad for my first run in nearly two years.
Day 16
Flowers from the husband. Always nice.
Day 17
We succumbed to a trial Graze box. The Cookies & Cream are far too moreish.
Day 18
This was my Saturday. Library books, newspaper and a cup of Chai. Rather nice.

Head on over to The Boy and Me for more Project 365...

  12. Just a bit jealous of your Saturday! Well done on the healthy start to your year. More than 2 mile after 2 years I a very good start. I can't run at all. Except after a runaway 3 year old if the 9 year old isn't on hand!
