Day 260
Another Sunday tackling the garden and it feels like I'm going round in circles with it. The recent rainfall had left behind a trail of raindrop diamonds.
Day 261
I felt a little bit under the weather tonight following a lovely day of yoga teaching. So much so I ran myself a bath and threw in a bath bomb that turned the water a little bit green.
Day 262
I wasn't really feeling it but I forced myself to meet my running buddy in Lacock. By this time I really wanted to back up to 8 miles but had to settle for 5.
Day 263
A tight chest has developed into a niggling cough so I avoided my usual Wednesday yoga class and hit the mat at home for some gentle home practice in my cosy yoga top.
Day 264
The husband brought home some Cheddar Valley strawberries which I can assure are the best strawberries - I ate quite a few for a vitamin boost and had to cancel my planned evening run as today the illness went to the sneezing and dripping nose phase.
Day 265
Last night I had a super early night and woke up feeling much better. The weather took a change for the better too with a gorgeous sunrise on the way to work - I was at a red light!
Day 266
An unseasonably warm Saturday today with a lovely morning teaching yoga followed by some time in the garden tidying up another section before hitting the yoga mat on the grass - outdoor yoga is the best.
