Sometimes we even let it spoil our day.
My first contribution to The Gallery reminds me that water can be enjoyed, even in its rain form.
In June we went camping to Dorset and had mixed weather but the water variety was not going to stop me having fun with the kids!
We had a wet day and saw the water as sea in Bournemouth, saw it providing life to many creatures in the aquarium and finally experienced how it can give us space when we had the whole of Moors Valley Country Park practically to ourselves - just because the sky was chucking water down!
I don't think rain ruins days out for kids at all. I can remember going out on many a rainy day outing as a child, and it never spoiled the fun. And it definitely doesn't look like it spoiled your little ones' day at all. Gorgeous. x
ReplyDeleteThank you & exactly! "There's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing"!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWill have to take the kids back to moors valley somewhen, went there for the first time with son on school trip in summer term. It was raining. :-)
ReplyDeleteI think sometimes kids have the best fun in the rain!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos and proof you can still have fun in the rain. We don't go outside enough when it's wet outside. I'm off to buy us wellies now!

ReplyDeleteReminds me of our rainy holiday! Great photos :)
ReplyDeleteI love how despite the rain you had a great time - I think as kids we don't care about the weather, it's us adults that let it ruin it for us. Lovely pics.
